
I love making and eating Vegetable Fried Rice. It is super easy. I even use boil in a bag rice and if you want to make it chicken fried rice you can use canned chicken, but if you do make sure you rinse it and then cook it on the side in some soy sauce and maybe a little terriyaki if you have it. First I make the rice the way the box tells me too, I only use boil in a nag because it cuts down on the mess of the process. Then when its done and its in a bowl cooling, I preheat the wok with some vegetable oil and then put the frozen pack of asian medly veggies in. Let them cook while you're getting 1 or 2 eggs or none if you dont like egg, then add soy sauce, stir. I love soy sauce, a lot if you don't just don't put as much but I do. And then I add the rice to the wok and stir aside and as its mixing i add soy sauce. I then push all of it to the and make the eggs in the wok next to the pile of rice. when it cooks i chop it up and stir it in. Lastly if you are making chicken fried rice add the chicken and soy sauce and turn the heat up and stir constantly to get everything the same temp and mixed really well. If you only want vegetable fried rice the forget the chicken add soy sauce and heat up and stir then eat!
